Welcome to the web portal of the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments under the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Office of the Deputy Inspector General, Rangpur. Protection at work, arrears of wages, accident compensation, government declared minimum wages, maternity welfare facilities, daily working hours, appointment letter, identity card, service book, various types of workers working in factories/shops/establishments under Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari and Gaibandha districts under the jurisdiction of this office. Any complaints related to employment including leave, unlawful retrenchment/termination/dismissal of workers can be reported directly or by calling the Directorate's Labor Helpline 16357 (Toll Free). 16357 (toll free) helpline can be availed for any labor related information or advice besides complaints of any workplace violence/unpleasant incidents. The identity of the informant/complainant is kept confidential upon request.
